Please check Pilo D1180 for an improved version of D728, it was recently re-engineered based on the specifications of Shimano and Sram, the shape is modified in order to improve shifting consistency, performance and stability.

D1180 is also thicker than the OEM hanger / D728 to improve durability and resistance, which makes it suitable with the new generation of derailleurs.

Seems a bit softer than original Kona ET2, but good as back-up replacement if there is not other option. Good to see alternatives to original part as it's extremely difficult to get in Europe.
